• “QUIK-e” is a provider of Repair Service & Maintenance Contracts for Mobile phones.
  • These Terms and Conditions apply to the QUIK-e BASE PLAN and its add-ons only.
  • These services shall be applied to QUIK-e products purchased by You from QUIK-e or its Authorized Resellers in India.
  • Notice is hereby given by QUIK-e to You that QUIK-e will assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever to You if the Product is not registered with Us or does not meet these Terms and Conditions.
  • It shall be assumed that the Terms and Conditions herein are accepted by You if we do not receive any communication to the contrary within 7 days of purchase OR from SIM activation date, whichever is earlier.


  • We, Us, Our: Team QUIK-e.
  • You, Your: The Customer or person who has purchased this Product.
  • The Device: The mobile phone or TABLET covered by the pack these Terms and Conditions apply to.
  • The Product: The QUIK-e BASE PLAN , Repair Plan and its add-ons & repair now only.
  • The Customer: The end buyer of the Product.
  • The Service: The pickup repair and return Service offered by QUIK-e.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage to the Device due to unintentional drop or collision of the Device or any object falling on the covered Device or due to accidental external means.
  • New: A Mobile Phone or tablet that is purchased as brand-new, concurrently with this service contract, which has a new manufacturer’s original equipment warranty.
  • Used: A mobile phone or tablet that is already in use prior to the purchase of this service contract, which may or may not have any remaining coverage under the manufacturer’s original equipment warranty.


  • The QUIK-e BASE PLAN offers a Pickup repair and return services for Your Device within the 1 year warranty period and makes You eligible to purchase our various other add-on repair plans for Extended Warranty and Out of Warranty services. Pickup and return Logistics will be provided by our own biker team or by our logistic partner.
  • Warranty Repair Services for the Devices within warranty will be provided by Authorized Service Centres. However Out of Warranty repair will be provided by Us or Our Authorized Service Centre within the warranty terms of the respective plan or its add-ons.

    The following add-on Repair Plans are currently available:

    • 2nd year Extended warranty
      • Coverage begins from the next day after the expiry of the Manufacturer’s Warranty for the Covered Device and ends on completion of Twelve months as per the plan purchased from the Plan start date. This plan is offered only with New Device.
    • 1st and 2nd year Accidental Damage/Liquid damage
      • Under this plan Handset will be Protected under Accidental Breakage (Screen only) and Liquid Damage. Pick and Drop would also be covered under this Pack. Accessories and Body damage will not be covered. Validity of the plan will be for 1 Year (1-year plan) or 2 years (2-years plan) from the date of purchase of this plan and it can be purchased within 7 days from the Handset Purchase Date.
    • Limited Warranty Plan
      • Full Cover
        • One-time Cover of Device up to 25000 Device Value and up to 15000 Repair Value under Accidental Damage or Liquid Damage. Pick-up and Drop would also be covered under this pack. Accessories and Body damage will not be covered. Validity of the plan is 1 year.
      • Screen Cover
        • One-time Cover of Screen Damage repair up to 25000 Device Value. Pick and Drop would also be covered under this pack. Accessories and Body damage will not be covered. Validity of the plan is 1 year.
    • Both these above Limited Warranty plans are for New Handset

    • Repair Now
      • Covers Pick and Drop for 1 year, Estimate will be shared by Us to the Customer, on confirmation from Customer about charges and terms of services, repair will be done

These are available in various combinations. Please check availability with Your local dealers. Some add-ons are available only on Our website. The BASE PLAN and add-ons are available ONLY for the Major Brands mentioned in Our website.


  • For NEW DEVICE :
    • To be an eligible device, the item must be “New” (as defined) and must be registered within 7 days of the purchase. Company has all the rights to reject the eligibility of services, if device activation date is older than 7 days, even if the purchase date is within 7 days.
    • “Used” Devices must be fully operational and not damaged (operationally or aesthetically). The purchase date of this plan shall be considered as the date of activation for such Devices. It is mandatory requirement for submission of photographs of the Device to us to confirm the operational and aesthetic condition of the Device. NOTE: THERE IS A 30 DAY COOLING PERIOD FOR ALL USED DEVICES THAT BEGINS ON YOUR PLAN PURCHASE DATE. DURING THIS PERIOD, NO CLAIMS SHALL BE HONOURED.


Accidental Damage/Liquid damage and Full Cover under Limited Warranty Plan:

  • These Plans are applicable only if, during the Program Coverage Term, the Covered Device:
    • Suffers any physical damage that causes a non-cosmetic part of the Covered Product to stop working; and/or.
    • Fails to work due to entry of fluid in its internal circuitry.

Limited Warranty Plan – Only Screen Cover:

  • This Plan is applicable only if, during the Program Coverage Term, the Covered Device:
    • Suffers any physical damage that causes Screen Damage
    • The claim will be entitle for only upto one incident of breakage during coverage period


This Program is not applicable in either of the following cases:

  • Any manufacturing defect/ product defect, whether latent/inherent or not, whether or not covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty or any other program or offer made by the manufacturer which covers damages other than Manufacturing Defects.
  • Loss or theft or burglary of the Covered Product arising out of any reason whatsoever.
  • Any loss arising out of loaning or renting of the Covered Product to a third party.
  • Loss arising due to unlawful act including but not limited to terrorist activity, war, nuclear explosion, radioactive contamination, chemical, biochemical, biological, electromagnetic, cyber-attacks.
  • Consequential loss of any kind due to a manufacturing defect in the Covered Product.
  • Loss caused by incorrect storage, intentional damage and usage not in accordance to manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Any loss or damage to accessories (including, but not limited to, charger, headphones) even if forming a part of standard pack or to any complementary or ancillary product/s made available under any promotional scheme.
  • Any loss due to SIM card and any ancillary product which results in complete stoppage of functioning of the Covered Product.
  • Any loss of data or software installed in the Covered Product.
  • Any modifications or services by unauthorized parties on the Covered Product. No further Repair services shall be offered for such instances.
  • Any damage, which is cosmetic in nature and does not result in complete stoppage of/or functioning of Covered Product.
  • Any damage which is determined to be intentional or unauthorized (including, but not limited to, overloading of the instrument, Breakdown or damage due to any experiments or tests and/or alterations resulting into any abnormal, conditions).
  • Servicing, labor, delivery or installation costs of third party.
  • Cost of Repair/replacement of battery & accessories.
  • Breakdowns caused by the use of illegal software: such as: Jail break or Rooting or any other similar actions.
  • Devices whose IMEI cannot be determined and confirmed to match Our records.
  • Devices purchased illegally or without warranty.
  • The user is found to be involved in any way in Fraud or criminal activity on the part of the covered device and the plan.
  • Breakdown or damage that is covered under any other insurance, warranty, guarantee and/or service agreement providing the same benefits as outlined in this contract.
  • Improper removal or installation of replaceable components, modules, parts or peripherals and/or installation of incorrect parts.
  • Rust, corrosion, warping, bending, animals, animal inhabitation or insect infestation.
  • Service or replacement outside of the India, its territories.
  • Breakdown or damage because of attack by unauthorized software/virus, software faults owing to which a device fails to operate.
  • Any loss if the ownership of the gadget is transferred.

  • All plans must be registered within 7 days of the purchase.
  • If Your Original Covered Device is ever exchanged by the manufacturer, You need to advise us as soon as practicable the make, model, and IMEI number/serial number of the new exchanged device. You can do this by either calling us at 1800 270 4488 or by email to us on

    NOTE: in the event of manufacturer or Retailer exchange, the Term of Your originally purchased Service Contract remains in effect and does not automatically extend.


In the unlikely event of a defect which requires Our services, You are requested to follow the process indicated below:

  • Please call Toll Free number 1800-270-4488 for assistance with the pickup process.

    Note: Inform Us within Two working days of discovering the breakdown or damage.

  • You will be contacted by Our backend support team and You will be required to
    • provide Your registration number
    • provide an alternate contact number
    • Explain the problem Your Device is experiencing and provide us any additional information/documentation they may need to validate Your claim.
    • Submit the Pattern/Screen/Password lock if the Device is locked.
  • Your SIM Card/Memory Card or any other accessory should not be submitted with Your device. A pickup will be scheduled.
  • The pickup would be scheduled and done either by Doorstep service (Our Biker Team) or Mail in Process (through Logistics Partner) depending on Your location
  • Out of service Location: In this scenario where there the device can’t be picked up through doorstep or courier pick up, due to lack of such courier services by logistics and courier partners in these locations, customer will be required to courier the damaged device along with the mandatory documents to nearest hub as guided by Us. We will reimburse such cost of dispatch incurred by customer upon submission of the actual logistic invoice. It has to be a reasonable cost and then only could be considered and will be at sole discretion of company.
  • You will need to provide a Government approved ID proof & Copy of the original purchase invoice (sales receipt) of Your Device
  • If the pickup is not ready at the scheduled time and place, the Job will be cancelled & the pickup will have to be rescheduled. Handling fees would apply in this case.
  • All devices are received and opened by Us under CCTV surveillance camera and the condition of the received Device is recorded by Our backend support team. If there is any evidence of damage, We will email a photo of Your Device to Your email ID. This photo shall be the basis of establishing the condition of the Device, and in case of any dispute about the contents of the Package Our evidence and decision shall be considered as a final decision on the base of the footage which we will be presenting to you in case you have any query about the content or condition of the customer’s Device.


  • The Device shall be repaired by the Authorized Service Centers of the Brand in case of devices which are within warranty and the defect in the device is as per the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. In Out of Warranty cases the repair will be performed by Us or Our Authorized Service Center and warranty provided as per the terms of the warranty of the plan purchased and mentioned herewith.

    Note: In the event, if a replacement item is provided by manufacturer, technological advances may result in a replacement device with a lower selling price than the originally covered device, and no reimbursement based on any replacement item cost difference will be provided. Any and all parts or units replaced under this Contract become Our property in their entirety.

  • The spare parts used in case of Repair Service provided by US shall be of Highest Quality parts sourced from Our verified suppliers in INDIA or ABROAD. All parts will be quality tested & may include NEW, USED or REFURB or NON-ORIGINAL manufacturer parts that perform to the factory specifications of the original Device. The warranty on this spares shall be upto 90 days from the date of repair of the Device.

    Any and all parts or units replaced under this contract become Our property in their entirety.

  • In the event We determine the original Device cannot be repaired, We will make every reasonable effort to replace the defective Device with one of the same model/features; however, We reserve the right to replace the defective Device with one of equal or similar features and functionality (subject to the Maximum LIABILITY).


  • All devices are sealed for dispatch under CCTV surveillance.
  • Please ensure that the Device is received in a box sealed and it’s opened in Your presence. In case of any dispute about the contents of the box we will provide the video evidence that the Device was properly sealed with the right contents & Our evidence and decision will be final.


  • All plans must be registered within 7 days of the purchase. Cases where Activation of Device is found to be before the Invoice date shall be considered void and the purchase of Our plan shall be forfeited. Only genuine products will be registered.
  • Maximum Period for Repair Services is up to 2 years from the date of the purchase as per the base PLAN/add-on purchased.
  • You will be required to submit a copy of the original purchase invoice (sales receipt) of Your Device along with photograph of the Device showing the IMEI at the time of registration of the Product. The dealer at the point of purchase will assist in this regard.
  • These plans are specific for ONE IMEI number only and cannot be transferred to any other phone.
  • If Your Device is not registered within 7 days of purchase, Your details may not be available when Your Device needs repair and verification of the information required to validate Your purchase and the provision of Our services may be delayed or in some cases may get invalidated.
  • Please submit Your battery with the Device when You require Our repair services because batteries are the cause of many defects and need to be checked. Do not however send any accessories with the Device for repair.
  • You must submit Your phone direct to Us ONLY and not to the dealer who may have sold You Our Product or the Device. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the phone by a defect caused by unauthorized repair.
  • The Device will be reset to factory condition for testing purposes. And all data will be deleted for security reasons. Our testing is limited to the testing of the Device in its original condition and We do not assure the working of the Device with any Apps.
  • The 10 days Repair guarantee is subject to part availability, Device availability and logistics availability in Your area.
  • The benefits under the offer are available for devices purchased from authorized sales channels in India only and in respect of all major mobile brands which are serviced and repaired in India or brands that have authorized service centre in India.
  • We will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the service or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reason beyond Our reasonable control. If we suspend or cancels the offer, all aspects of the service shall be null and void. We will not be liable to compensate any customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this service.
  • Transit Damage due to improper packing when sending Device to Us.
  • The Customer acknowledges that We have the right to vary the features/benefits under the Plan(s) or the Amount or Rate of the Plan or part thereof, from time to time.
  • The Customer acknowledges that We may engage third parties including service partner for the fulfilment of the services and the Customer hereby consents to us disclosing, to the extent relevant, the Customer’s Personal information and/or details of Plan(s) availed by the Customer to inter alia Our affiliates Service Partners to Our suppliers, vendors, for the purposes of servicing the Customer.
  • The Customer hereby consents to receiving periodic service related SMS/Email communication from Us.
    • If you have a right to recover against another party for anything we have paid under this service contract, Your rights shall become Our rights. You shall do whatever is reasonably necessary to enable Us to enforce these rights. We shall recover only the excess after you are fully compensated for your loss.
    • Handling charges Rs. 200 shall apply and be payable by You in case of Device is not repairable for reasons of application of exclusions to Our Services or if no defect is found in the Device.
    • If a repaired Device is used with accessories, or applications or SIM/ Memory which are not original, or are compromised / expired, as a result of which You incorrectly consider the repair as unacceptable, a Handling charge of Rs. 200 shall be payable before the Device is returned You.
    • If a Device is either not claimed or is not deliverable based on the contact data provided by you, within 60 days, We will be within the rights to dispose the Device as We deem fit and You will have no further claim on Us in this regard.
  • You understand and agree that in case of Claim being processed under this Program, You may not be able to claim any benefit under the Manufacturer's Warranty, in which case, We will provide warranty service as provided. We will not be responsible for any loss that You may incur as a consequence of utilizing the benefits under the Program
  • In case You are unable to avail Manufacturer's Warranty of the Covered Product due to repairs conducted by Us, We will provide warranty service, terms and conditions of which will be communicated to You on Your registered email ID, for the remainder of the Program Coverage Term.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that you are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and We shall not be responsible in any manner.
  • If any provision of these T&Cs shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
  • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Us harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fee) that may be suffered by Us as a consequence of
    • violation of these T&Cs by You
    • violation of applicable laws by You
    • any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence, on Your part.


  • In select locations We can make available a Standby Device on Free of Cost basis. This will be a basic feature phone with dual SIM on payment of a refundable deposit of Rs 500.
  • You will be responsible to return it in its original condition after You receive Your Device.
  • If the standby Device is lost or damaged the deposit amount will be adjusted against its repair or replacement cost.


In the unlikely event that something does go wrong We seek to address Your concerns expeditiously. If You have a complaint, please email Us at . Upon receipt of Your complaint, We will investigate to see what went wrong so that We can resolve it to Your satisfaction, and:

  • Assign a tracking number & acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours.
  • Advise You what steps are being taken to resolve the complaint.
  • Suggest a solution for Your consideration within 2 working days.
  • Keep You informed throughout the process.


Per any consecutive month’s period under Your Contract Term:

  • Repairs Limit: Unlimited number of Claims until the accumulated amount that We have paid equals Maximum claim liability stated below.
  • Replacement Limit: Maximum of one (1) exchange replacements (provided at Our sole discretion). In such event the service for that particular device will stop forthwith for the term.
  • Once either of these Limits has been reached, Our obligation under this Contract will be considered fulfilled and coverage ends.
  • Repeat replacements will be repaired within the overall value of the Device. The value of each repair will be indicated in the documentation provided with each repair.
  • We do not take any responsibility for the Integrity of contact/image/video data in the Device during the repair process. You MUST back-up the data before handing over the Device for Repair.
  • We will under no circumstances be or held liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from servicing and/or repairing of the goods, including but not limited to of, damage to, or corruption of data; or any costs of recovering, programming, or restoring any program or data stored in the Device and any failure to maintain the confidentiality of the data stored on the Device.
  • In the event any Device is lost by theft or accident while in Our custody, the maximum liability will be limited to compensation with a Device of similar value, specification and age or the limits placed by the maximum claim liability stated below.
  • Maximum care will be taken in handling the Device, but no claims will be accepted for cosmetic issues like dent, scratches and minor defects.
  • If Your battery has reduced capacity or performance, You will be informed and We will not be responsible for the performance of the repaired Device if You do not replace the battery with a new and original one immediately before testing Your repaired device.
  • We shall not be held liable for any consequential damage including monetary loss or loss of business as a result of any delay caused by, an act of God, theft, loss, accident, delay in delivery or inability to obtain necessary labour, materials, transportation facilities etc. In the event of any such delay, the date of delivery shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay. It shall be Our endeavor to keep You informed of such events in advance to minimize the inconvenience that may be cause.
  • Legislation including the Trade Practices Act, the Consumer Act and other local legislation implies warranties and conditions into consumer contracts. These warranties and conditions exist separately from and are not affected by the warranties referred to in this contract given by Us. Subject to such legislation and to the warranties and conditions contained in this contract, all other warranties, conditions and liabilities are hereby excluded and We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind arising from the provision of any kind of warranty Service here under the terms and conditions of this contract or arising from the negligence of Our and/or Our Authorized Seller’s employee, agents or subcontractors.


Our maximum claim liability shall under any and all circumstances be limited to the Invoice Value or Market Value or Amount mentioned below whichever is lower:

  • 0-3 months of Purchase of Device - 75% of the Invoice Value
  • 4-6 months of Purchase of Device - 60% of the Invoice Value
  • 7-12 months of Purchase of Device - 45% of the Invoice Value
  • 13-18 months of Purchase of Device - 25% of the Invoice Value
  • 19-24 months of Purchase of Device - 15% of the Invoice Value


  • We can only accept Devices which have been acquired by You by bonafide means. By purchasing any of Our plans, and agreeing to Our Repair services, You will be declaring that You are the legal owner or duly Authorized representative of the owner of the Device.
  • In support of this You may be required to provide valid ID proof at any time during the validity of this PLAN period. Any Govt. ID shall be acceptable. In the event this is not available, You will agree to have a photograph and fingerprints taken.
  • If We receive any written government enquiries, enquiring about Your Device or requiring it to be handed over, We shall do so forthwith, without reference to You and shall have no claim on it thereafter, and We shall have no liability either for the return of the Device.


  • Repairs which are outside the scope of a PLAN shall be chargeable and for which an estimate will be provided.
  • If accepted, these repair charges shall be payable by You before the Device is taken up for repairs.
  • The parts replaced and the labour services for these repairs shall be warranted for a period of 30 days. This warranty shall cover only the parts replaced by Us.
  • If You are also a holder of a PLAN, You may choose to adjust the PLAN amount with these extra charges, in which case the PLAN shall be deemed to have been fully utilized & closed.


  • Any information You provide will be kept confidential and will be used to support Your with Us and Our Authorized Seller. We will not share Your this information to any outside organization for marketing or solicitation without Your consent. Your information may be shared with Our agents or Our contractors and Our Authorized Seller for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • The Customer expressly and without limitation, consents to Us or Our service partners for recording phone calls between You and Us on the helpline numbers set out in the relevant Plan Terms in order for Us to inter alia
    • provide a record of the instructions received from the Customer and to share the same with the Service Partners, if required
    • allow itself or its service partners to monitor quality standards
    • training purposes, and
    • abide legal and regulatory requirements


  • Disputes regarding Our Services shall be attempted to be resolved through consultation, discussion and good faith. In the event such dispute cannot be resolved within a period of 30 days by way of consultation, such dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


We will cancel the Terms and/or the Plan (Terms) if the Customer has at any time:

  • Agreed to help any third party to try to fraudulently or dishonestly obtain money from us.
  • Is in violation of applicable law as may be relevant to the use of the Plan(s); or
  • Failed to meet the Terms and /or the Plan Terms, or to act in good faith, openly, honestly and in a bona fide manner towards Us including by providing false or inaccurate information.


  • The Customer represents that he/she has completed the age of 18 years and is a resident of India.
  • The Customer is in compliance with the applicable law as may be relevant for the Plan(s) which is availed of by the Customer.
  • The Personal information provided by the Customer for the purposes of availing of the Plan(s) is and shall be true and accurate.
